Effect of fertilization, prunning and density on cutting quality and rooting ability of stem cuttings of Larix kaempferi(Lamb.) Carr.

摘　要：依據(jù)扦插生根率的差異,探討了經(jīng)營措施對日本落葉松插穗適插性能的影響. 分析表明,一定量的施肥能夠顯著改善插穗的生根能力,與對照相比可提高生根率14%～37%. 生根期間,施肥處理的插穗體內(nèi)N,P含量較未施肥者有更大的內(nèi)遷移率,推測施肥促進了插穗體內(nèi)的養(yǎng)分代謝活動. 強度修剪和密度控制不一定增加插穗的總產(chǎn)量,但可顯著地提高植株中、下層有效穗條(長度>15 cm,基徑≥0.3 cm)的數(shù)量. 枝條發(fā)育在生長季前期主要受修剪的影響,后期主要受栽植密度的影響. 通過修剪控制采穗母株的樹體高度,確定合理的栽植密度是1.5 h(東西向)×(1.0～1.2 h)(南北向)的間距.
